1. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Google Sign-In (optional): display name, email address, and a Google account identifier used to create an Epic Online Services (EOS) session.
- Guest play: a locally chosen or generated display name and an EOS Device ID so the session can be restored on the same device.
- Profile and progress: avatar choice, optional country, gem balance, and stats such as games played, games won, and points. Signed-in players may have this stored in EOS Player Data Storage.
Gameplay and multiplayer
- Room or match codes, display names, and in-match actions sent through Photon Fusion so other players can see the same game.
- Technical connection data needed to keep an online session alive.
Device and ads
- Device type, operating system, network status, and advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob.
- Approximate location derived by ad partners from IP address (not precise GPS from the app).
- Local preferences stored on the device (for example PlayerPrefs for name, gems, and settings).
We do not ask for contacts, photos, microphone, precise location, or payment card details. The current version does not offer paid in-app purchases.
2. How we use information
- Create and restore your guest or Google-linked session.
- Sync multiplayer matches and show other players your display name and avatar.
- Save cloud profile and stats when you are signed in.
- Show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, and grant gems after a completed rewarded ad.
- Respond to support emails you send us.
- Operate, secure, and debug the game.
3. Third-party services
Independent providers process data under their own policies when you use those features:
- Google Sign-In / Google Play services — account authentication. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — advertising. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob help.
- Epic Online Services — identity, device ID, player data storage, and stats. See Epic Games Privacy Policy.
- Photon Engine (Fusion) — real-time multiplayer. See Photon Privacy Policy.
- Unity — game engine. See Unity Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to contact you for marketing except to reply to messages you send.
4. Advertising
Trump & Trick uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Ad partners may collect advertising IDs and other identifiers to show ads, including personalized ads where allowed. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Google settings → Ads). Rewarded ads are optional; you choose when to watch them for gems.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it. Because the app includes ads, online play, and optional Google Sign-In, it is intended for a general audience, typically 13+.
6. Your choices and rights
- Play as a guest without Google Sign-In.
- Sign out from the in-game profile, which removes the restored Device ID session on that device.
- Limit ad personalization in device settings.
- Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of account data we control.
If you are in a region with additional privacy laws (including GDPR or CCPA-style rights), you may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Cloud profile and EOS identifiers are kept while your account is active. To request deletion of cloud account data, email ahmedmashrur66@gmail.com from the address linked to your Google account (or describe your in-game name and device). We will delete or anonymize data we control, except records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Third-party platforms may retain data according to their own policies.
8. International processing
Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country. By using the game, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
