1. The game
Trump & Trick is a trick-taking card game for Android. Features include local and online multiplayer, optional Google Sign-In or guest play, and optional ads. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and allows you to play.
3. Accounts
- You may play as a guest or sign in with Google via Epic Online Services.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
- Display names must not impersonate others or contain illegal or abusive content. We may reset names that break this rule.
- You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. License
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Trump & Trick on devices you own or control, for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, cheat, scrape, or redistribute the game except as allowed by law.
5. Online play
Online matches require an internet connection and may use Photon Cloud. Availability is not guaranteed. Do not harass other players, disrupt matches, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools. We may remove players from rooms or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms were broken.
6. Virtual items and ads
Gems and other in-game items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be modified or removed. Rewarded ads are optional. Watching an ad does not create a purchase. The current version does not sell in-app purchases. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google’s policies.
7. User content
Names, avatars, and other information you submit in the game remain yours, but you grant us a worldwide license to use them as needed to operate multiplayer and profiles. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
8. Third-party services
Google, Epic Online Services, Photon, Unity, and AdMob are independent services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Epic Loop and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, gems, or matches, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero if the game is free and has no paid purchases).
11. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections that should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you continue to play after an update, you accept the new terms.
